is the motor dead completle?... because if it just sounds like its struggling, you can push the button and push the window up at the same time and i might help it go up

how far down is the window anyways?

well i did get it down enough..I need to get the 2 bolts that hold the window onto the regulator out so that I can take the whole assembly out..now those 2 bolts I am stumped on because there is no room to get a socket in there

I've never done Tour windows, but I've done other types of vehicles. W/ door panel off, there were usually two holes thru door frame where socket could go thru to get to regulator bolts. That, or I just reached in w/ a wrench.

I know that but I cant seem to fit any tool in there plus I have no idea whats on the back of the bolt so its a very very frustrating thing at the moment

there are just two plastic pieces that spread out in the back when the bolts are in. once you get the bolts out you just have squeeze them from the back and push them out. then there is simply a small hook that the glass rests in. i am on my third drivers side regulator so if you need any more help i hope i can be of assistance.

initially i unscrewed the track from the door. then i maneuvered it so i could unscrew the two big screws from the window. after doing that i managed to get it all out. after putting it back together i used the holes in the doorframe to screw the window back to the track. then everything went together pretty easy. just take your time and dont get too mad. it helps too if you have a garage.
