I have a want/need to detail my car, even after everything that has happened. I have been doing a lot of reading and have come up with a process, please let me know what you all think.
1. Wash car with Dawn/Water combination to remove all the dirt from the car
2. Clay Bar (z-18) to remove all the tar/particles/crud etc, with water/Z7 in a spray bottle as lube
3. 3M Swirl/Scratch remover
4. Wash car with z7
5. Z1 to "pretreat" car for polish
6. Z2 to polish car
How many times should I apply the Z2 once I am done? Am I missing any steps? Let me know if I need to do anything differently. BTW, I have never detailed my car before
