Actually I read the ARTICLE in Sport truck magazines December of 05 issue (p72) But this was the first thing that I came across on the interweb & I posted up! Sport Trucks article was fromSouthwest Research Institute (SWRI) in San Antonio, Who did all of the INDEPENDENT testing, they also do testing for other OEM & aftermarket companies! Again SWRI is an independent company that does not endorse any company or brand name! That was one reason that I found this article interesting, They tortured the S*** out of this thing, even cleaned it w/ pressurized air , which is a big no no for cotton media filters! I'm not plugging it, or saying we should all toss our K&N's, I just thought it was interesting. It's nice to have some actual car talk instead of all the newbie bashing & other bull thats been going on recently!
