Girlfriend, not married yet. I haven't even asked. But, I know I'll get a "yes" when I do. We are talking about taking the plunge in May.
The house thing came up 'cause our rent was going up if we renewed our lease, and it's just not worth paying rent any more. So we started looking and within in a week we found this and made the offer.
