Ray: The inconsistent IMRC operation would apply to both generations of IMRC I presume?
If is working when inspecting at rest how does one tell of it is working consistently? How can we monitor?
You seem to indicate that it possible for the IMRC linkage to operate but for the secondary valves not to open. I assume this could be sporadic as well depending on friction. Thus when engine is cold the bushing is tight and it slips when heated and expanded. If so any way to correct? (screw .... etc.)
