It is a sexually suggestive, and derogatory word that is slang for a homosexual.
Homosexual wouldn't be considered wrong, used in the right CONTEXT.. you can't just replace the word f$^ with homosexual and make it "okay".. It all has to do with what you are talking about.

Not for me. I could barely get into the mid 15's until I learned how to drive!  After that it came a lot easier.
