what is it with purple riced out cavs? there is one that lives near me that is slammed on cheapo wheels and has neon and huge vinyl stickers all over it.

It's like a bigfoot spotting photo only way more unbelievable. Why would anybody do that to a car.

I like z24's and have seen some nice ones.
I REALLY hate those tin foil tail lights, and see them almost every day (APC part, most likely). The lights are usually paired with wide but small rims, paired with too narrow of tires.
Although the wheel/tire combo isn't like the above scenario (though the tires appear to be 1 or 2 sizes too narrow), I also don't like that style of rim, nor do I like chromed (extra heavy) rims.
The side vents look like they were done well.
