My VSS, TSS connectors where in good shape and I didn't need to do anything. If you go to FORD, they will probably make you buy the whole harness for the section of the engine/atx......
If your MLP wires are bad....this is a little more critical. You may have to purchase a new harness....unless you can get the individual connector but then again there are a number of wires there.....

So, there exists no car related electronic wiring specialist whose job it is to test and rebuild wire harness connectors? So you are saying that the solution to fixing aged, deteriorating or damaged wiring harness connectors is to simply replace the entire wire harness.
