For anyone that is still interested, I plan on removing my grill and headlights, and switching them with a 99 tour. I know we wont be able to close the hoods, but thats not the problem. If the grills and lights fit in with the bumper, then I know alot of mystique owners will be very happy smile

My opinion as a Body man is that the bumper would be a direct BOLT ON woth NO modification... I think the fact that the grills are different, would have no affect on the bumper fitting..It is simply an optical misconception.. the mystiques grill is pointier and extends further to the front of the car , where as the contours grill is rounded and further back in the engine bay.. so , you see more of the curvature on the bumper which makes it look curved for that specific purpose.. But its not.. Just imagine trying to put a mystique grill on a countour... only difference would be it extends further out , But NOT NECESSARILY LOWER TOWARDS THE BUMPER.Ive Been working on trying to make a Sensei front bumper fit my Probe GT and all you need is the BODY LINES right to make it fit ... (Meaning where the bumper meets up to the surrounding panels..

By just looks : At first it looks like it wont fit, then with closer inspection it looks like it will. In the next few weeks, im going to do the switch and find out for sure.. Never thought about the bodylines, I will take a look at that as well though...
