No. They meant it figuratively in reference to their presence on the hip-hop/music scene. "Ah ha/hush that fuss/everybody move to the back of the bus" = Shut up, get out of our way, we own the music scene now.
I don't know why she took offense to that. I'll try to imagine it was her lawyers trying to cash in on it, and that she didn't care either way.
