OP intOx New CEG\'er I Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 11	Ok... First thing I did wrong was install the head unit myself. Second thing I did wrong was cut the factory amp plug and tossed the plug out. I hooked up wires from the HU plug to the factory amp wires and got 3/4 speakers to work lol so I left it at that. But after that, my locks dont work anymore. The buttons inside the car don't work, nor does the button on the remote. Any suggestions as to what I should do to fix this? Did I accidentaly blow a fuse or am I screwed lol? Thanks if you can help me (:

louisw_dup1 Veteran CEG\'er L Joined: May 2000 Posts: 857 TX	you blew the accessories fuse. sounds like one of your speaker connections is shorted. check the panel in the driver's footwell but fix your speaker first. until you do the fuse will just blow again. E0 SVT, lightly modded

Sounds like the wires got cut and touched ends with each other or you did it with the key in the ignition and fuse blew right away.
