Ok... First thing I did wrong was install the head unit myself. Second thing I did wrong was cut the factory amp plug and tossed the plug out. I hooked up wires from the HU plug to the factory amp wires and got 3/4 speakers to work lol so I left it at that. But after that, my locks dont work anymore. The buttons inside the car don't work, nor does the button on the remote. Any suggestions as to what I should do to fix this? Did I accidentaly blow a fuse or am I screwed lol? Thanks if you can help me (:

you blew the accessories fuse. sounds like one of your speaker connections is shorted. check the panel in the driver's footwell but fix your speaker first. until you do the fuse will just blow again.

It's just mechanicals and wires man. If something breaks or gets cut, it can ALWAYS be fixed. Just a matter of HOW much money you want to spend!!

is there a way to just completely disconnect my speaker so it has nothing to do with my circuit any more?

Don't ghetto rig things just to get them done. Correct it and save yourself all the trouble, now and in the future.

Sounds like the wires got cut and touched ends with each other or you did it with the key in the ignition and fuse blew right away.

Speaker wires to the radio are brown/yellow and white/black for front, (and brown/white and white/violet for back).
