I'm not claiming a 4 year old Lexus or BMW is an inferior car to a new Corolla. What I'm claiming is that if I buy said BMW, I don't have a warranty and will have to pay for any repairs it will need, plus wear item replacement, plus the monthly payment on it. If I lease now, I only have a monthly payment, and when I lease again and am not living on a college campus, I'll lease a nicer car.
