Yes, it appears to be a loose connection, dead battery (or alternator causing the dead battery).

Battery test. Engine off, turn lights on for one minute. Voltage should be 12 to 12.5.

Alternator test. Engine running, voltage should be 14 to 14.5.

In addition, check all wires running from battery to alternator and ground for loose or almost broken condition.
