I know its a stretch, however, that also doesn't look like a t28 like what you're using and its intercooled.
At SZ01 I put down 274whp running no intercooler and only 8psi. With a big turbo, an intercooler, & the tuning a little on the lean side I think getting close to 300whp is plausible.
