The only way you'll see 130mph is by trusting an inaccurate speedometer
It's actually not even worth thinking about.
By the time you waited for that needle to indicate its 130mph a CSVT would be 20 miles down the road -hypothetically speaking of course.

Well I'd say atleast 10hp yes, but there are more factors than you're thinking about here.
1.Optimized TB, doesn't really add HP but increases top speed
2.Cam gears can do a lot of different things at different rpms
3.Chip possibly helps a good bit
4.WEIGHT, my car weighs a good bit less than a svt and most other zetecs
5.Wheels and tires. I did this on 185/70/14. That helps a good bit.

Now, also take into consideration that csvt's are "rated" at 143. They're also rated at 200hp. Do you think every single svt engine when dyno'd puts out 200hp? Get what I'm saying? Rated is not exact.

AGAIN, I said I agree the speedometer is inaccurate. In fact I had it setup to be more accurate with 17" wheels, so I was probably do more like 127. But it was still pulling, so 130 is not out of the question. Also, my speedo is pretty darn accurate according to GSP. But as I said, I am well aware of what various speeds up to ~160 feels like.

Yeap. Done said that it takes forever to max the speedo out.

And again, I'd probably be acting the same way you are now if I hadn't done it myself. But I'm telling you what happened. You can argue it all you want. Doesn't change it.
