Haha. There is something you don't get here. Comparing any car vs. any car. Even very similar cars (contour vs. contour). Also going by manufacturer's said "top speed".
So what is the top speed of a stock atx zetec contour. I don't believe anyone knows the exact number of that, so even beginning to guess a top speed of a modded one is crazy.
BTW, I told you the story. Told you how long it took. Told you that I know the speedo isn't exact but know roughly what speeds feel like and that it was still pulling.
It doesn't really matter to me. If my car can do 130 (with a 20 mile straight
) and your's can't, that's just the way it is I reckon.
