Check your tips closely.

The driver side on mine is shorter than the passenger side and it looks like CRAP.

I measured them individually and the driver side is definitely shorter.

TruBendz hasn't returned my emails yet either.

I would especially be interested to know if your tips are exactly the same length (measured from the 90 degree bend to the end of the tip)
