Not something your everyday mechanic will pinpoint for you without checking out the car for a while. Good luck, and I'd say $5k is a pretty good deal. What catback and cold air are on the car?

P.S. The interior is actually midnight blue, which is commonly mistaken for black.

The cat back is from true bendz I believe and Im not sure what kind of cold air kit intake it is. All I could tell was that it had a K&N on it and a duct going up from inside the fender to it.
