I can also think of tons of 13-14 year olds that look much older. Too many times of looking at pics and sayin, damn she looks good and then seeing the real age and feeling like a perv.

That happened to me, I seen the age, was like daym she is hot, then it says how old she really is I'm like WHOA! hold on here, nevermind. Happened to me the other day actually, she was 14 her age said 18 or something.
