to me you said adding even a 65mm throttle body is ok then, since it improves airflow by letting more in...i'm doing it anyways, some people have reported losses, and some have reported gains...it's always gonna be a controversy.



Psst. I specifically stated "Airflow Quality" and not maximum CFM flow or increase.

That is less turbulent & less rippled air flow patterns. That will equate to better cylinder filling by improving efficiency.

Improving efficiency means "the same airflow" with less restriction and better air flow quality. The engine will pull in a little more air from this improved efficiency but it will be minor. (part of that small gain I also mentioned previously)
