Here's my impression:

You won't feel [censored]! It is a placebo. Waste your money on something else.

The point at which an optimized throttlebody actually makes a difference will be well after you maximized your intake and exhaust and probably after you ported your intake and heads AND maybe did cams. And then ONLY if you were limited by your throttle body instead of being allowed to get a bigger one.

Bottom line, it is the last thing I'd do and only if I were in a restricted racing class that was restricted by throttle body diameter.
