For the most part, it's free (mine cost $0.90 for two stainless screws). You will feel an improved throttle response which is always good. If you're running a cold air intake, and plan on doing anything to the exhaust.. it's pretty much a must. As for gains... I have no dyno results, so I'll leave that for someone else.
