my dad had it done, so did a coworker of mine. My dad said it wasn't so bad, but he's also been cut on the arm by a chainsaw and didn't notice until someone shouted at him. The coworker is a weeny British man, and he didn't think it was too terrible. His wife was mad because the doctor encouraged him to masterbate to clean out the lines.

also, I'm pretty sure most health insurance plans cover the costs of that procedure if you've had 2 or more kids.
