RR in my area is junk. Even at the fabled 5Mbs, Buckeye Express at 3.5Mbs is superior. Not only superior in speed, but RR sucks in cutomer service also. And didnt RR sellout some of their customers to the record companies over the MP3 illegal downloads?
IMO if you have another option besides RR, take it.
