Firstly, any CELs?

Secondly, is the Check Engine Light on for a few seconds, when your key is turned to on? (to determine if power is getting to the PCM).

Thirdly, was it cranking and not starting? Or was it nothing at all? (to determine if the starter is bad).

Edit. Check wires from battery to alternator and to ground. Then test the CKP using an automotive digital volt/ohm meter (DVOM). Place the positive DVOM probe to the signal (CKP+) wire pin in the CKP's harness connector and the negative DVOM probe to the engine block. Select the Hz function for DVOM (as our CKP is a Hall effect sensor)and crank the engine. If you don't have a reading, then only would I condemn the CKP.
