Well, it won't hurt, but it won't help all that much either. Take mark's advice, EASY on the driving til she's getting to the 1/4 mark. Then, fill with some 94 BP. I'd also dump a bottole of Berrymans B-12 Chemtool in the tank as well.
Make sure you put it in the 1/4 full tank, then fil up as this will mix the chemtool up much better. ABotu 4.00 for a bottle at pretty much any car place, even Walmart sells it, lol.
IF anything, siphon the "piss water" fuel out and stick it in your Escalade.
