If you filled up with regular just keep the rpms relatively low and take it easy while that fuel is in the tank. Once you get down to roughly a 1/4 tank then fill it up with a high-grade gasoline to clean out the cats & plugs. Shell V-power & BP Premium have the highest concentration of cleaning agents so either one of those will do the trick.
I don't know which way you take, but the BP station on Cherry Hill & Inkster usually has lower prices then other stations around.
