The likelihood of a bent sway bar (except the "kink" which is supposed to be there) are slim and remote. The bars are made from a special steel which can have a torsion load applied over & over again without failing. You'd have to remove it from the car and put it in a hydraulic press to bend it?! Now if your car has been in an accident and a load has been applied from the side, this could bend the lever arm portion of the bar, but there would be other damaged parts also (end links/main control arm).

If it's been repaired and failed again, I would figure that your subframe was probably welded in a half-arssed way before. This means NOT dropping the subframe and doing the work properly. The subframes cannot, I repeat, cannot be repaired properly without removing the subframe from the chassis. The only type of failure with the sway bar I have seen is the washers/clamps/collars which are supposed to keep the sway bar from shifting laterally. If they're loose/missing you'll get the dreaded "clunk".

Don't simply take you subframe to the local do-it-all shop. To make a repair which will be permanent, the welder/fabricator needs to understand the nature of the problem before making the requisite repairs and reinforcements.

I do offer complete buttressed subframes but shipping from here to your neck-o-the woods would be prohibitive.

Hope that helps.
