I have Goodridge lines. They're pretty good.
If you do only two of the lines you will still have a soft pedal as the lines that are still rubber will swell when you depress the pedal - and most probably they will swell even more than before as the SS lines will have no give and hence the rubber ones still on there will have to make up for that. More swell is bad.

I wouldn't skimp Toodles - do all 4!
