Yep,the Contour seems like a disposable car. Only the enthusiasts or the elderly take care of them. For the Contours you find,they're either cheap because they are garbage,or they're stupid expensive because they're pristine,or they're moderately priced (towards the more expensive side) because they're modified. I tried selling my Mystique for $3200 privately before I took $1000 for a trade in and the dealer to turn around and sell the car for $600.
