It would be difficult for me to get out to Montreal. All I can say for the cars that I have scouted around the GTA, is that they all look like crap. I can't believe dealers and private sales, really expect someone to pay $1.00 for the condition of these vehicles.
I have seen some with bondo all down one side, large dents in the quarter panels, scraped aluminum wheels, busted out trunk locks, cracked windshields, paint that looks like the car has been in Arizona in the sun, for the past 10 years, leather seats that are cracked beyond imagination.
I mentioned before, maybe I am setting my standards too high for a used vehicle, but given the condition my SE was when I traded it 2 years ago, and what the value was then, compared to what I see now, I know it is going to take a long time before I find a car that I can say, hey, it's worth the money the person is asking for.
It's really and truly only the CEGr's that take care of their Contours/Mystiques.
