Try blowing a hair dryer into the bulb holes, it will work, or park facing the sun with bulbs out (if you don't live in the northeast )You might have the vent cap on the bottom of the lights loose, too.

I fixed the problem today. I took the lights completely out (and dehazed them while I had them out) and used a haur dryer. Seemed to work.
I'll have to look, when I have more time, to try and find the cause. Vent cap? I'll try to look.
