Unless you have Dual brand speakers and the thief is smart. If you have Duals I think if you show them it actually prevents theft. The thief would be better off looking for stock speakers instead.

I have a pair of infinity reference speakers with adjustable tweeter. I got them on sale at Circut City for $75 dollars. They work grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat! I would recommend to get component speakers. I would of but I didn't have the cash. Try www.onlinecarstereo.com they have good prices.

here's mine:  I wouldn't flush-mount a tweeter here again, the tweeters point slightly down. It's better than behind the door panel, but not as good as tweeter cups that point towards your head.

i have a pair of kicker ks68 6x8's they are way better than stock and sound good enough, i have em in all four doors right now. i might upgrade the fronts, get an amp, and a single sub. i need bass.

I had to change my window regulator, so I decided to take pics of my speakers. There are on all four doors. Size 6 x 8.
