Work on the Mustang is going well. But I am in a delima
I have a 289 V8 that was rebuilt completely...except its plugs were never replaced by the installer and so it ran out of oil a few times (dont think it seized up) I also have the 289 v8 thats in the mustang. I also have the following in the ebay auction:

Am I asking a reasonable price? I dont want a 302..er well I want a 5.0 FI 302...
It would cost me $1100 to get all of that stuff into a working engine and clean. Or I could just rebuild the rebuilt 289 for a fraction of the cost and just bore it a little over.
Right now I have an offer to buy just the block, and an offer to buy the whole thing
