Using PB blaster is smart, if the nuts are in good shape, use them again. Don't forget to remove the bracket nut along with the six others on the flanges. If the nuts are in rough shape don't replace them with zinc. Remember to use antiseize.
Remove the O2 sensor when the Y is off the car, antiseize when it goes back in the new pipe.
