I notice a huge bottom end improvment but I'm thinking of getting an SVT set. What I want to know if it'll be worth it?

Yes getting the SVT will be well worht your money...you will really enjoy the extra power.

this is not acceptable, and personal fun being made of him is the same as "starting it", which you are so adamant about having NOT done. so.. don't start anything.

I wouldn't allow him to do the same.

Yeah. Noone on here knows or IS a real mechanic. There aren't schools in every decent sized town offering automotive classes including ASE certification.

But seriously, do governments have some great knowledge in automotive mechanics that make them qualified to supervise schools that teach automotive mechanics? Never heard of this.

And about the search nazi/being too hard thing: You can't help those that aren't willing to help themselves.
