Hahah. I agree
Its not just forums but life in general. All the new guys are labeled FNG in many cases. It is just based on experience.
Hell, even if it wasn't like that then most of you new guys who want slack now will be acting like its too boring or soft when you become the veteran.

It is the way of things young jedi.

What, Jimmy? That statement sums it up pretty well. People don't get ripped on because they're new, they get ripped on because they show up and can't make a coherent sentence. Or they didn't bother to read the "maintenance FAQ" when they had a maintenance question, etc. There have been a lot of newbies that showed up, read the answers they needed, and then when they got stuck on something not in the FAQ, post up about it. But there have been 502392 people that posted up with "im new and my sunroof is'nt wokring rite wtf i need help!!!!". It gets old, man.

Ya, then show some maturity and leave the thead alone if it is "too old" for you.

Your "stupid" may be anothers "inexperience". This kinda attitude makes you and everyone else that would rather tear a guy a new one than help him out look like a real dick.

Just as my previous post further up this thread says this forum is sometimes just plain embarassing.

You have how many posts after your handle, perhaps you should be leading by example.

Poor slim_jimmy here, on the other hand, is but a newbie, a babe in woods (boo-hoo)who knows nothing about contours or internet forums at all...
