The problem is that both bank are not going to have "matching" sets of headers. Long haphazardly bent tubes are highly over-rated considering that equal flow and velocity are what matter when making headers of any length.
The best setup you could make is an equal, mid length primary, 1.675" tubed header that used a custom Y-pipe or dual exhaust. There is room on both sides to move the collector down and to the center.
That is the setup that would give the best overall output.
