Upper RPM's when the engine is really working. I've been fooling around w/ dyno sim software. Gains from 4.5K and above. There was a peak gain of 12hp at 6.8K and above and an average of 6+hp from 5.5K and above. The torque curve is also held a few hundred RPM longer and higher as well.
Try it in a real world setting mounted on a tranverse engine once.
