Chris,

How much for a set, w/ new headlights? I would like to be able to go back to stock if I want.

Thanks

You can get some new headlights from headlightwarehouse.com for pretty cheap. They are not OEM Ford ones though. Some people don't like the quality of them. You can get some OEM Ford ones for about $220 from Bill Jenkins at Sentry Auto. Check the classifieds section for how to contact him. He can ship them directly to me to make things faster/cheaper.

That black SVT looks hard as hell. BUT... all I want to know is how you remove the plastic cover from the headlight it's self. It seems to be expoxied to the light it's self. OR even welded at times.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply Chris. You say it as though you are refering to the black oval. I know that is painted but I was refering to the interlaced plastic part of the grill. Is that painted as well? If that is also what you were refering to I apologize, I just want to make sure my question is understood. smile If it is painted then what paint was used? The same as the oval?

No, the black one does not have it's mesh painted. The red one, does.

Chris. Is it possible for you to "black out" a set of headlights other than Contour? As in, perhaps some Eldorado's headlights. wink I know, I'm weird.

There is nothing to paint on the Eldo's headlights. They need to be either projector, or reflector. The 97's refract which utilizes the lens for light bending.

Now, if you can get the STS headlights to fit, that would be a great candidate for painting. It looks like you might be able to fabricate a little to get them to fit.
