Should be damn near nothing.

I was in Washington, Montana, and Idaho a couple weeks ago and there was nothing to speak of. I-90 across the Rockies is 110% clear. Quick check of the weather shows it's been in the 50s since then, so no snow since then either. And the 10-day Outlook for Sandpoint, ID (which is what I use a gauge) is in the 50s and 60s. Looks like a few more weeks before the really good snowfalls hit.

There generally isn't any snow on I-90 in Idaho or Washington until January. It's always good to check the road reports first though

It isn't cold enough yet even in Eastern Washington, so you should be good to go. No snow at Snoqualmie Pass (last decent altitude on I90) yet either.
