Get the IC replaced ASAP before the key or IC is stuck for good.

If you can pull the IC out, you're already pretty much done 90% of the job.

Most locksmiths or Ford dealers can get you the IC.
Ford dealers can even adjust/fit the tumbers for your key if you have the original keys. They just need your VIN.
