I don't think the problem is your fuel pressure...though of course I could be wrong.........
One key item is you start having problems after the engine heats up.
I'd test crank and cam position sensor, ECT unit and TPS unit. Also check ignition coil. check all of this after your engine has heated up and the problem is at hand.
