The crank will be fine if you take it in to be polished I think. It may be fine even without polishing but it is always nice to have the insurance when dealing with the lower end. It is forged after all and the marks will come off easy. THey will also size the bearings for you once you get it polished.
Those bearings look like [censored]. Good cleaning of the block and running good lube on new bearings and you shouldn't have any future problems. Pistons will be fine when cleaned up but make sure the cylinder walls aren't scratched too. If they look good then just resuse the pistons and put on new Ford rings as they have the correct tension on them. Unless the original rings are good, but I find that hard to believe since the bearings looked like that.
Build it right and you'll be fine.
