Wow, cant believe you even noticed that... it's to bypass the emergency brake connection with the headunit. So once i press the button i can watch movies while driving. Press it again and it disables the DVD feature (in case I get pulled over).

Oh yeah, I dont know if anybody noticed, but the skirts are molded in as well.
