The KDW2 is a very good tire. The KDs are also a great tire, even sticker: but there are better tires out there for the money now, if you're getting into autocross tire range. Now, what you could do if you don't drive in a lot of rain is get the Azenis 215s in 205/55R16 from discounttiredirect since they are cheap cheap cheap right now. Much stiffer sidewall than the BFGs and very sticky. But for a true street tire you won't be dissapointed with the KDW or KDW2. I'd get the 2, but both are good.
