Fuses 4 and 11 are the correct fuses to relearn the PCM. Don't measure mileage with the fuel gauge. Check the number of gallons with miles and average it over a few tankfulls.

Don't break the TSS. Spray WD 40, Liquid Wrench, PB Blaster or whatever and let it work itself in to loosen it.
