Me: Huh? No Michelin, Bridgestone, BFG, or Yok?
BT: No, but we can get any tire you want special order.
Me: Okay then, give me a price on tire X.
BT: Opens up Tirerack catalog, punches numbers in calculator, then gives me price.
Me: Wow that's a lot! Is that a Tirerack catalog?
BT: Yes
Me: How much for just mounting and balancing?
BT: $10-$15
