well if it was the theromostat you would notice a temp problem like it taking a long time to heat up or over heating or the gaue moving alot which he said he dosent have so its most likely the blend door , so dont just go replacing the thermostat, but thats a good deal that you replaced yours and it worked , good luck


Actually changed the thermostat as I had the hoses off and the housing apart anyway . In my original reply I stated "could very well have a clogged /partially blocked heater core" - which on *mine* was the problem . Simple heater core flush .
