No half to death, 1/4 to death, or 3/4 to death. And they must shoot people. Especially if they're a race. If the person isn't of a race, then not so much. An interesting point, cops are only required to shoot other cops 7/8 to death. We rely on our poor economy thus bad hospitals with inadequate care to kill the cops the remaining 1/8. It's also required that canadians be killed 33/16 to death. That's to make sure the canadians understand they have been shot to death.
